We only fetch your calendar data when you open the app to schedule routines. We don't constantly monitor your calendar.

You're Always in Control
Disconnect Anytime
You can disconnect Google Calendar from Spartan Habits at any time:
- Open Spartan Habits app
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Tap "Disconnect Google Calendar"
Remove All Access
You can also remove access directly from your Google Account:
- Go to Google Account Permissions
- Find "Spartan Habits"
- Click "Remove Access"
